Performance Coordinator at Sporting Lisbon Football Club
“I have deeply explored scientific literature in recovery from training while I was doing my PhD. The topic of the study was the recovery of elite rugby athletes. It is well established the importance that sleep plays not only for athletes recovery but also to promote adaptations from training. There is a growing body of research exploring the effects of CBD on sleep, demonstrating controversial yet promising results. Personally, I have been using Pure sport CBD with great success. Pure sport CBD not only increased my sleep time but also improved my sleep quality.” – Francisco Tavares
